Innovations for the perfect installation

How to install an ASKO dishwasher

ASKO Dishwashers come in a wide variety of models and placement options to effortlessly integrate with and enhance your kitchen space – from built-in and freestanding to panel-ready and even outdoor. But even though each model is different, they are all uniquely designed to bring the same benefits to your life – whether it’s adding extra convenience, a new eye-catching design element or ensuring your dishes – and you – enjoy the highest possible hygiene standards.

Of course, to get the full benefits from your ASKO dishwasher, it has to be installed properly. Thankfully, our dishwashers come with some handy innovations to ensure safe and easy installation.

Installation starts with a solid foundation

To ease installation and provide a solid foundation for your dishwasher to perform on, almost all ASKO dishwashers are designed with three sturdy feet where the rear foot can be conveniently and individually adjusted from the front of the machine. Being able to adjust all feet from the front means that you can easily and safely make adjustments – even if the machine has already been placed under the cabinet. For flexibility, the feet can be adjusted by as much as 53 mm while for durability, they are made from steel.

Doors that open a world of convenience

The door of your dishwasher is not simply there to keep the kitchen floor dry or to stop steam escaping, it is a crucial design element that – when positioned and fitted properly – will fit seamlessly with the rest of your kitchen cabinets. To ensure perfect positioning, ASKO dishwashers feature door springs that are conveniently accessible from the front. This allows the door to be fitted after the dishwasher has been completely installed – so all focus can be directed on getting the position and balance of the door just right.

Another innovative ASKO feature is the sliding door system that slides up when opening and down when closing. This system is ideal for built-in kitchens where the plinth is flush with the kitchen cabinets or doors, adding a stunning seamless finish. The sliding door system also ensures that there is no contact between the door and plinth if the machine has a long door – the sliding door system allows for 800 mm doors on fully integrated XL dishwashers and 840 mm custom doors on our XXL dishwashers.

Take your dishwashing to another level

When it comes to hygiene and cleaning dishes, ASKO dishwashers take things to the next level. Now, thanks to the innovative anti-siphon device, ASKO dishwashers can now be installed on another level. Today, there is a growing trend for dishwashers to be installed at a higher height to improve ergonomics and remove the need for unnecessary bending. With the integrated anti-siphon device, the need for a drain hose in a high loop behind the dishwasher is eliminated, meaning your ASKO dishwasher can be installed at a height that suits your individual needs.

When it comes to installing ASKO dishwashers, we have considered every detail to ensure that your life with ASKO gets off to a perfect start, so that you can enjoy hygiene and ergonomics on another level and perfectly clean dishes every time.
