- How many kg can professional washing machine handle in comparison to a household?The professional washing machines can handle the same number of kilograms as the domestics, but the programs are designed to handle less to secure the best result every time.
- Can I switch connection to electric power supply from 230v to 400v and vice versa?Yes, you can switch from 230v to 400v. However, this does not apply to models that have been supplied with 400v from the start.
- Can I customize programs to my needs?Yes, you can customize programs to your needs. In order to do that, you should book a visit from a technician who will be able to customize programs according to your needs. Technician can be ordered here: ----------
- How many years of warranty does the machine has?All ASKO Professional products have 2 years warranty from the date of purchase. Read more about 2 year warranty here: ---------
- What is the difference between a professional washing machine and a household one?Professional machines are more robust, reliable and built to work longer than a household machine. They are the best choice for companies where the machines run more often.
- Do all the machines comply with disinfection requirements?There are three different disinfection programs to choose from: 90 °C, 60 °C and 40 °C. For the 60 °C and 40 °C programs a special detergent for correct disinfection is needed. All disinfection programs are developed to fulfill the authorities’ demands for washing clothes in the Health Care sector. Based on International Organization for Standardization’s guidelines (ISO EN15883 ) disinfectant washing is described as: 1. minimum 80 °C for at least 10 min. or 2. minimum 60 °C for 60 min. if the rinse water is not recycled. The disinfection programs are preinstalled on WMC622/74x/94x. On other ASKO Professional washing machines they can be installed on by an ASKO technician, who you can book here: ----

- Can I connect the washing machine to an existing payment system?Yes, on our 7 and 9 kg models it is possible to connect the product to the existing payment system. - Can I connect detergent auto dosing system?Yes, you can connect all ASKO Professional washing machines to an external detergent auto dosing system. They are tested with auto dosing systems from Diversy, ECO-lab and SEKO, but can also be used with other ones as well.
- Can I connect payment system?Yes, you can connect 7 and 9 kg models to an external payment system. The machines are tested with payment systems from BEAS and Aptus, but can be used with other ones as well.

- Why does it say "Close the door" on the display?The indication "Close the door" on the display means that the door is not closed properly. Close the door and press "Start".
- Why does it say "Imbalance" on the display?The machine stops the spin cycle if there is too much imbalance. The washing machine restarts the spin cycle and hopefully the washing is better distributed in the drum. This procedure can be repeated up to 10 times. If the machine still fails to find a good balance, the program jumps to the next step. The error message requires no action.
- Can I connect the washing machine to hot water supply?Yes, all ASKO Professional washing machines can be connected to hot and cold water. It is possible to have both parts at the same time, so that you can save as much as possible on the electricity consumption.
- Can I use all washing machines in the marine specific electric connection (60hz)?Not all machines can be connected, but we have 1 model developed specifically for marine and offshore use. Read more here: -------

- Can I reverse the door?No, it is unfortunately not possible to reverse the door.
- What does the error code mean?The appliances indicate error codes in order to give advice to the user and to simplify service. If an error has occurred during the program, an error message will appear in the display. After action, turn the machine off and on again. Explanations of error codes are included in the user manual.

- How often should I clean the machine?Cleaning should be done regularly. The frequency depends on the use of the machine. Care and cleaning advice can be found in the user manual.
Drying Cabinets

- Why choose a drying cabinet instead of a tumble dryer?Drying cabinets are especially useful when you have to dry different types of clothes quickly, even coarse outerwear and shoes. Being practical, but also gentle on your most sensitive fabrics, it uses no mechanical action that can wear your clothes. The air stream transports residual moisture and it’s almost like drying outdoors. There are also significant energy savings due to the heat pump technology.
- What is the drying time of the drying cabinet?Drying time depends on type of machine, how wet the laundry is, what kind of material it is and how much is loaded into the machine. We recommend that textiles are centrifuged at 1000 rpm or more, or drained as much as possible if centrifuging is not possible.

- Can I connect payment systems?No, this is unfortunately not possible.
- Should I fix the cabinet to the wall?As a security measure, we always recommend that you fixate the cabinet to the wall. This avoids the closet from tipping over.
- Should I connect the vented drying cabinet to the ventilation system?Yes, you should connect the drying cabinet with vented technology to the ventilation system. For the drying cabinet with heat pump technology it is not necessary to connect to the ventilation system, as the moisture that condenses during the process is led to a draining water tank or through the hose to the drain.
- Can I connect a drainage hose to the drying cabinet with the heat pump?Yes, you can connect it. It will be delivered together with the drying cabinet. You can read more about how to mount it in the user manual of your product.
- What does the error code mean?The appliances indicate error codes in order to give advice to the user and to simplify service. Dishwashers
- Does the dishwasher comply with disinfection requirements?ASKO Professional dishwashers have two programs, SaniA and SaniB, which increase the temperature in the final rinse to 85 ºC. SaniA increases the temperature to 85 ºC for 10 minutes and SaniB increases it to 85 ºC for 3 minutes. According to International Organization for Standardization, the disinfection happens when the disinfection parameter A0 value of 600 is achieved, which happens when the temperature is reached 85 ºC for at least 3 minutes.
- Which model has a final rinse of 85 ºC for a minimum of 3 minutes?The following models, using the SaniA or SaniB programs, have a final grade of 85 ºC for a minimum of 3 minutes: DWC5906 - DWC5907 - DWC5916 - DWC5926 - DWCBI231 - DWCBI2317 - DWCBI252.
- How fast will machine finish the program if it's fully packed?Washing time depends on the model of dishwasher, type of dishes, how dirty dishes are, and how much is loaded into the machine. Examples of program duration can be found in the user manual of your dishwasher.

- Can I order an emergency service on the machine?No, there is currently no possibility to order an emergency service on our machines, but we are always working to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
- What is the difference between a professional washing machine and a household one?All ASKO Professional dishwashers have acid proofed stainless steel, disinfection programs, two models (DWC5926W and DWCFS5936S) can be conected to both hot and cold water, there are options for auto dosing of detergent, and they have higher heating elements (6kW). Professional machines are robust and reliable machines that are built to last longer and are the best choice for businesses where the machine runs often.
- Can the machines stand on an elevation without having to change the drain?Yes, all DW40.C are equipped with Antisiphon function and for those models you can have a higher installation. A detailed description of the connection to the sewer can be found in the user manual.
- Is there an Aquastop system in the dishwasher?No, instead we have AquaSafe ™ anti-leakage system. It is an advanced leakage system with monitoring of 16 different possible leakage points that minimize the risk of leakage.
- Why are the dishes not dry?There can be a number of reasons for this. The best drying results are achieved if the machine is fully loaded, dishes with recesses is leaned, the rinse aid is filled up properly, the door is opened after the program ends and that the dishes are cooled before they are removed.
- Why are the dishes not clean?There can be a number of reasons for this, for example the wrong program has ben run, wrong dosage or old detergent has been used, wrong loading of dishes, or the spray arms are blocked.
- Why is there detergent in the detergent compartment after wash?There can be a number of reasons for this, for example if the detergent compartment was blocked during the wash or if it was damp when the detergent was dosed.
- What does it mean if the display is showing F12 or F54?F12 means water inlet error. F54 means overfilling error. Appropriate action can be found in the user manual for your product.
- Can I connect detergent auto dosing system?Yes, you can connect it with the models DWC5926W, DWC5936FS and DWCFS5936S. The machines are tested with systems from Diversy, ECO-lab and SEKO dosing pumps, but can also be used with other auto dosing systems.
