When running the SANI or SANI Quick programs, the dishwasher automatically locks once the temperature exceeds 65°C and stays locked through the 85°C final rinse sanitisation phase. This prevents accidental interruptions that could compromise cleanliness. The door unlocks only when the program is complete, ensuring the most hygienic results possible.

The DW60.C achieves A0=600, meeting ISO thermal disinfection standards and aligning with European Union recommendations for an 85°C final rinse to ensure compliance with professional hygiene requirements.

SANI Program Maintains 85°C for 4 minutes to ensure a LOG 7 result that effectively removes 99,99999% of bacteria.

SANI Quick Program Maintains 85°C for 3 minutes for faster turnaround.
Both programs meet international disinfection standards and are compliant to EN17735 standard reaching LOG 4 in virus removal and exceeds LOG 7 for bacterial removal.
